It's easy to use and best of all, it's a FREE service to all AMFCU members.
You can:
- Check your account balances
- Make account withdrawals
- Make transfers between accounts
- See if your payroll deposit has posted
- See if checks have paid
- Balance your checkbook
- And much, much more!
To use SIMON, you will need:
- A touchtone telephone
- Your member number (not your Social Security #)
- A Personal Identification Number (When calling for the first time, you will be asked to select your Personal Identification Number (PIN), by entering four to six digits.)
Then follow these easy steps:
- Enter your member number and the first two initials of your last name, followed by the pound (#) sign
- Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN), followed by the pound (#) sign
- That's it! You're ready to do your banking!
