To Use SIMON, You Will Need:

• A Touchtone telephone
• Your member number (not your Social Security #)
• A Personal Identification Number (When calling for the first time, you will be asked to select your Personal Identification Number–PIN by entering four to six digits)

Then Follow These Easy Steps
1. Enter your member number and the first two initials of your last name followed
by the pound sign
2. Enter your Personal Identification Number followed by the pound sign,
3. That’s it, you’re ready to bank!
